1-cup warm water
½-cup peroxide
1-teaspoon oxygen boosting powder, (oxy-clean, etc.)
Mix until the oxygen powder is completely dissolved then add to a spray bottle. Spray on spot and blot with a clean white cotton rag. Do not rug the carpet too aggressively. It is possible to fray the fibers.
